She has excelled in scaling SaaS organizations, building high-performing teams, and leading cross-functional initiatives for global companies in industries such as enterprise software, telecom, healthcare, and professional services. Her leadership has delivered measurable outcomes, including operational efficiency, enhanced customer experiences, and significant cost savings.

Jean’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found ScaleUp Edge, where she supported over 50 SaaS executives by building a tailored curriculum for scaling their companies and developing actionable KPIs for growth. Jean has also worked closely with private equity firms such as KKR and Insight Partners. Her expertise includes leading customer experience initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams, driving M&A integration efforts, and executing digital transformation projects to optimize organizational performance.

Jean’s career includes pivotal roles at companies like Cherwell Software, Convergys and Nexidia. She has worked closely with executive leadership teams, supporting organizations through significant growth and transformation.

Jean holds an Executive MBA from the University of Denver and an MA in Business Education from the University of Minnesota. She previously held a PMP certification, reflecting her strong foundation in project management principles, and completed the Berkeley Executive Leadership Boot Camp. Jean resides in Lafayette, Colorado, with her family and enjoys golfing, hiking, attending sporting events, and playing pickleball in her free time.
